No problems here. I suppose the people you will hear about are the loudest. When you spend $500+ on a device and you can’t get online, you should take it back, not complain that the entire sector and manufacturer is crap and you hate them with a red hot passion. Just get over it. Look at quality control percentages and the idea of Six Sigma. Out of 300,000 apparently sold on the first weekend, you are bound to find a few hundred that didn’t get caught in the sampling check. Devices would cost infinitely more if everything was check 100% by a human. These aren’t Italian hand made cars here folks, it is a $500 to $830 gadget you can return for a fully working device.
